I was born in Spain, a country that’s famous in Europe for savoring every minute. I’ve lived in Los Angeles since 2001, and it breaks my heart to see how stressed out everyone is, and how guilty people feel once they have some free time. Nowadays it seems natural to be busy 24/7! And the truth is that the only way to be happy, healthy and productive is by slowing down and “smelling the roses.”
